    Description
    POSITION OVERVIEWWaypoint is seeking a motivated Insurance Professional to join our client-focused team as a Road Advisor.

    As a Road Advisor, you will play a vital role in servicing client insurance needs by visiting them at dealerships.

    If you are passionate about client service, eager to grow into a producer, and enjoy being on the road, this opportunity is for you.

    Waypoint is experiencing significant growth and is expanding its team to better serve clients in British Columbia.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and secure the best coverage.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by anticipating client needs.
    • Manage and process renewals promptly, ensuring high client retention.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross-selling.
    • Provide support to clients in the claims process.
    • Travel short distances on a daily basis.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Level-1 Insurance Broker License.
    • At least 1 year of previous insurance experience.
    • High motivation and strong time management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
    • Excellent client service skills.
    • Accountability and problem-solving ability.
    • Valid driver's license in BC and access to a vehicle for travel.
