Clinical Lead - Transitional Rehabilitative Housing Program 1 (TRHP 1)Full Time Permanent:
The Canadian Mental Health Association - Toronto is looking for a Clinical Lead for the TRHP 1 program.
TRHP 1 is partnered with CAMH's Complex Care and Recovery Services and is a site-based program currently located at 1240 Weston Road in the City of Toronto.
All clients have been found Not Criminally Responsible (NCR) and are under the purview of the Ontario Review Board (ORB).
The Clinical Lead and TRHP 1 staff collaborate closely with staff from CAMH, the referring forensic hospital, as well as with the Clinical Lead and staff of CMHA Toronto's Transitional Rehabilitation Housing Program 2 (TRHP 2) and Forensic Supportive Housing (FSH) Program.
The mandate of all of these programs is to provide Clinical Support and Supportive Housing to forensic clients while also ensuring that these clients continue to meet all of the requirements of the ORB.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Manager of Forensic Services, the Clinical Lead will provide strong clinical leadership to an interdisciplinary team of health professionals including Case Managers and Residential Rehabilitative Support Workers (RRSWs) for the day-to-day clinical and general operations of the program, including leading team meetings and trainings.
They will work collaboratively with the manager as an active participant in program development, implementation and evaluation and will provide supporting consultation to internal/external stakeholders on all aspects of services to clients.
The Clinical Lead will work to continuously ensure that the focus of our services achieves excellence both at a strategic and operational level.
This role requires the oversight of operational duties that include, but are not limited to, managing the upkeep of the physical site (both internal and external), liaising with CMHA Toronto's Facilities department, coordinating maintenance requests, coordinating pest control services, management of units, and ordering of necessary supplies.
It will also include housing related tasks, such as signing of Occupancy and/or Tenancy Agreements and completion of unit inspections.
The role also requires the Clinical Lead to provide administrative support to team members and the Program Manager including recruiting, staffing and scheduling, approving timecards in timely manor and providing daily guidance and supervision to team members.

Salary:
$67,938 - $78,748
