- Project Manager: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers,
- designers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Continuously monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Budget Management: Track project expenses and resource utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints. Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines closely, identifying and addressing any deviations from the schedule promptly. Adjust project plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks. Address stakeholder concerns and facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Shipment Coordination: Coordinate the shipment of deliverables as necessary, ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery to clients or end-users.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, risk registers, and other relevant records. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all project stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Proven 7-10 years of work experience as a Project Manager, preferably in tech or engineering
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- PMP certification is a must
