is looking for a Full-Time, dedicated team players with experience in the heavy construction industry, who are hardworking, take pride in their work, and have knowledge of industry safety standards, procedures and working as a team player with other to execute tasks as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparing and cleaning of work sites.
Manual labor tasks such as unloading and loading materials.
Lifting and transporting heavy objects.
Bringing materials and tools to the tradesmen.
Use of power tools, electrical equipment and manual tools to aid in project completion.
Post warning signs and hazard labels.
Initiative and willingness to learn to operate other equipment and positions required for project.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ability to complete job on time with attention to detail and emphasis on craftsmanship.
Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees and subcontractors to adopt safety as a culture.

Experience & Requirements:

Experience in Heavy Construction considered an asset.
Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments.
Physically fit with high endurance.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Be willing to work long hours and weekends when necessary.
Communication skills: Ability to communicate with supervisors, coworkers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner.
Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Use of Personal Protective Equipment is required.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving abstract an asset.
