Lead Development Representatives.

What You'll Do:

As a
Lead Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by engaging with potential clients through warm calls.

Leads will be provided to you, ensuring you focus on quality interactions.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Utilizing provided leads to connect with potential clients through warm calls.
Generating interest, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings.
Channeling qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
Familiarizing yourself with our services to effectively address prospective clients' needs.
Maintaining an organized database of prospective client information.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
Demonstrated strong phone presence and comfort with warm calling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Additional Details:

Must successfully complete a twoweek PACE University paid training program, conducted virtually.
