Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Come up with new strategies and ideas to drive product sales.
  • Write product description for current and new products and upload photos.
  • Update crossreferences and new prices for listings.
  • Manage inventory level and package product based on customer's request.
  • Review reports to determine availability of stock to update or pause listings.
  • Manage technical component of listings and ensure 100% uptime.
  • Monitor negative reviews and make all possible efforts to increase product star ratings.
  • Keep uptodate with seller trends and mechanics.
  • Report on performance and provide plan of execution during regular meeting with executives.
  • Resolve all marketplace related issues and form relationship with the Marketplace Account Managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES:


  • Postsecondary or equivalent education in business, office administration, information technology, or marketing.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytic platforms an asset.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have a working knowledge in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is an asset.
  • Must have a strong ability to analyze and interpret data and make decisions based on the results.
  • Must be fluent in English and have strong verbal and written communication skills to complete job duties.

SKILLS:


  • Cantonese and Mandarin language would be an asset
