    Description

    Are you excited about working in the field instead of sitting behind a desk all day?Our client, a leading Railroad Construction firm with projects across Canada, is seeking a Field Safety Advisor to join their team in GTA.This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing firm and make meaningful contributions to exciting projects within the Rail industry.


    Responsibilities:
    Offer expert advice and consultation to bolster safety performance and drive continuous improvement aligned with corporate objectives.
    Conduct thorough investigations, analyze safety metrics, and provide timely documentation to support decision-making.
    Manage injury claims and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    Facilitate safety-related training and assist in developing site-specific safety plans as needed.
    Evaluate field safety conditions, recommend operational improvements, and actively reduce organizational risks.
    Identify opportunities to enhance safety systems, mitigate hazards, and foster a culture of safety among employees and contractors.


    Requirements:
    Degree, diploma, or certification in HSE, or equivalent experience.
    Minimum 4 years of experience in similar rolesEssential experience in rail and construction industries.
    Experience in injury management and field safety auditing.
