As the Change Management Specialist you will contribute to the development and coordination of projects, business readiness and change management plans for the organization's strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure change and impacts are understood and provide implementation plans to ensure business results are achieved.

How you will create impact:


  • Consulting with business partners to establish the scope of their requirements, determine communication objectives and develop creative recommendations and solutions for change programs.
  • Supporting stakeholders with the development and implementation of readiness plans by ensuring gaps are managed and changes are implemented, reinforced and sustained to align with business objectives.
  • Guiding and coordinating communication activities, including developing strategic key messages and supporting the integration to ensure consistency.
  • Facilitating the change process by participating in change impact discussions with key stakeholders, providing change impact analysis and contributing to change readiness assessments.
  • Collecting and maintaining data and conducting analysis on change metrics, including identifying key trends, gaps and risk points and sharing findings to build best practices.

  • You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.
  • You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.
  • You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.

To join our team:


  • You have 13 years of experience in Change Management or in a related field.
  • You have postsecondary education in a related discipline.
  • Having the Procsi Change Management Certification, Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) designation, or Chartered Change Management Institute (CMI) designation is an asset.
  • You have working knowledge of change management principles including industry standards and methodologies, organizational practices and business transformation.
