How will you contribute to the team?

Supports obtaining and analyzing project data and provides summary reporting
P&L People-Forecast loading
Brigit Bench loading
Interface with HR to ensure resource requirement is followed upon
Coordinate with administrative team to ensure onboarding is effective
Consolidates information received from Project Technical, Pject Scheduling, planning, Cost Control, and HSE for monthly Project specific internal and external reporting
Logs corrective actions and dates
Ensures ACONEX is up to dates
Supports system implementation (Ecosys, etc)
Provides operational support by liaising with Project Managers, Project Technical, HSE teams
Ad hoc reporting
