As a Business Development Representative at GAV MGMT, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving revenue growth in the AV/IT sector.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities, utilizing CRM systems to track progress and manage relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and promote brand awareness.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT directors, facility managers, and procurement professionals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.Proven track record of success in business development and account growth, preferably in the AV/IT sector or a related industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
