Position Summary

Reporting to:
Corporate Controller

Responsibilities & Duties

Process expense report reimbursements for employees
Process credit card expenses for employees who hold a corporate credit card
Calculate and process sales tax remittances in various US States, Canadian Provinces, Europe, and Australia
Intercompany expense invoicing
Assist in month end closing and account reconciliations

Key Attributes

Reliable team player, with demonstrated willingness and ability to learn and collaborate is important
Strong written and verbal communication
Detailoriented, well organized and ability to problem solve

Desired Skills & Experience

Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills is required
Experience processing accounts payables and dealing with sales tax remittances in various jurisdictions is preferred
Preference will be given to those with experience using Accpac, Epicor or similar accounting software
2+ years in an accounting role
