As part of our exciting growth, we are seeking a Global Brand & Design Manager to join our global Brand & Communications team.
What You'll Do:
At its core, brand marketing at Northland starts with our work and ends with the positive impact we have on our planet, bringing both together in unconventional ways.
As the Global Manager of Brand & Design, you will become our lead designer and develop and drive Northland's brand strategy.
You will help to bring our narratives to life, build programs, and create campaigns and creative that promotes our work, ideas, and impact.
This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial role which will touch on many different skills in brand building, marketing, and design.
You will help to create our brand architecture, optimize our brand strategies, and push creative direction through innovative thinking and design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership and evolution of brand guidelines, brand architecture and brand governance
- Manage the daytoday marketing and creative operations of the team and its client projects
- Design materials to support our work for print, web, and print
- Develop and execute brand strategy for corporate and business unit projects
- Manage and provide direction for design consultants
- Work closely with agencies on brand marketing activities and projects
- Approve final creative before execution and publishing
- Confer with internal clients to discuss and determine creative solutions

- Flexible: You can manage multiple projects and are able to adjust your working hours accordingly to meet deadlines.
- Postsecondary education in graphic design, marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of marketing and graphic design experience
- Experience and/or interest in the energy industry is preferred but not required
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and building animations with Adobe After Effects
- Analytical thinker with strong marketing knowledge and web publishing skills
- Strong knowledge and techniques of graphic design and layout as well as working knowledge of photography, typography, and other printing techniques.
