The Marketing Performance & Insights Analyst identifies opportunities for future marketing initiatives based on past performance, insights obtained through analysis and/or research and develop solutions to track performance and to reach target audiences.

In this role, you will:

Work closely with business stakeholders and marketing colleagues to deliver targeted marketing campaigns to support Vancity's Member Contact Strategy.
Design and build solutions to provide ongoing reporting and tracking of marketing efforts.
Define KPIs and conduct post implementation reviews to measure success of marketing campaigns & programs.
Analyze internal & external data to identify growth marketing opportunities to meet business objectives.
Develop increasingly deep knowledge around Vancity's products, services and members.

You are:

Resourceful and a selfstarter
Engaged team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using data to make marketing decisions.
Passionate about leveraging data & analytics to drive business results.

You have:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science or related discipline

years of proven analytics experience.

Advanced knowledge of business intelligence techniques, data manipulation & data visualization tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI etc.
Financial Industry knowledge would be an asset
Experience working with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools would be an asset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Exceptional attention to detail

In this role, the
Marketing Performance & Insights Analyst will report directly to the Manager, Marketing Performance and Insights.
