    Description

    Rôle et responsabilités

    :
    • Analyser les demandes de changements concernant l'infrastructure de téléphonie, évaluer les impacts sur les applications existantes, suggérer et apporter les modifications appropriées.
    • Effectuer les MACD sur l'infrastructure des Télécommunications (Téléphonie, Télécopie) et implémentation des demandes clients;
    • Surveiller la disponibilité et la capacité des services de Voix, le suivi des incidents/problèmes, leurs résolutions, fournir les analyses des causes pour définir des correctifs à appliquer et les mettre en place en mode opération;
    • Interagir avec les fournisseurs pour régler les causes d'incidents et gérer les activités selon les ententes de services (SLAs) internes;
    • Produire des rapports opérationnels et Améliorer les outils de suivi et de gestion;
    • Fournir un support de niveau 3 sur l'infrastructure VoIP, assurer l'interface avec différents fournisseurs pour résoudre les problèmes complexes au besoin;
    • Fournir une assistance de niveau opérationnel sur appel pour tous les aspects de l'infrastructure VoIP;
    • Travailler en collaboration avec Architect qui surveille tous les projets et fournit des recommandations.

    Expertises recherchées :

    • Baccalauréat connexe au secteur d'activité et/ou un minimum de cinq années d'expérience pertinente;
    • Bonne expérience VOIP (Suite Cisco : Call Manager, Unity/CUC/UCCX, Expressway, Cube, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Audiocode, SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, QoS etc.);
    • Une expérience en routage/commutation réseau et en pare-feu est requise. Connaissance approfondie des réseaux IP est essentielle;
    • Avoir une solide expérience du protocole SIP;
    • Connaitre les outils de collaboration (chat, vidéo, télécopie, périphériques tel casque d'écoute, etc.);
    • Connaissance des centres de Contact (Genesys, NTR, etc.).
