    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial and operational restructuring services to clients in a variety of industries.


    The Corporate Restructuring Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing restructuring plans, analyzing financial and operational performance, and providing strategic advice to clients.

    The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in corporate restructuring
    • Knowledge of financial and operational analysis
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
