    Cambria is currently looking for a full-time, Campus Director to oversee the operations and business development of our Surrey location.

    To ensure that the good standing of the College is maintained with integrity and reliability in relation to the teaching standards, materials, and infrastructure relevant to all stakeholders.

    To work as part of the College's management team providing leadership and guidance on all facets of operations, program delivery and compliance for the staff of their assigned location.

    To lead by example and create a workplace and educational environment that is an embodiment of the College's mission statement and values.

    To be both creative and logical in decision making while prioritizing the interest of the College's students, its staff, programs and the institution as a whole.

    To be an ambassador of Cambria College.

    The Campus Director is the designated manager responsible for all daily operations of a specific campus location for Cambria College.

    As the manager the Campus Director is responsible for leading the growth of the location in support of the organization's mission Statement and vision, achieving business goals and targets, meeting all regulatory compliance standards, and fostering a positive workplace and learning environment for all staff and students.

    Bachelor's Degree

    • Ensure that all staff contribute to, understand and achieve performance targets including financial, academic, compliance, student achievement, recruitment, attendance, completion and stakeholder engagement
    • Monitor instructional staffing needs and work in collaboration with the Senior Education Administrator and/or programme coordinator to ensure coverage is in order.
    • Support the students, staff, faculty's IT related needs as it pertains to CRM/SIS/LMS challenges. Provide support in areas such as training, monitoring of IT utilization, and troubleshooting.
    • Support and work in partnership with Campus Administrators to ensure student records are maintained within compliance of the regulatory standards of the Private Training Institutions Branch (of BC), Student Aid BC, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and any other applicable program regulatory body
    • This includes classroom space usage and deployment, online delivery tools and resources such as WebEx or LMS platform configuration, availability of resources and materials as well as staffing/coverage.
    • Provide technical support for instructors and staff and/or coordinate direct assistance with account managers as needed.
    • Ensure regular student feedback surveys are taking place for both programs/instructors and administration
    • Prepare and deliver probationary as well as annual performance reviews for all administrative staff and instructors of non-regulated programs
    • Support program coordinators in the preparation and delivery of probationary as well as annual performance reviews for instructors of regulated programs.
    • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure all payments are received on time and address payment concerns directly with students
    • Ensure all students and staff adhere/uphold the standards and policies outlined in the Cambria College Student Handbook
    • Use College database to monitor student performance (attendance, scholastic progress, payment of school fees, etc).
    • Completion of monthly reports documenting location performance
    • Identify problems and formulate solutions based on experience, school policy and regulatory compliance.
    • Other duties as required to support the success of Cambria College
