    Project Manager - Continuous Improvement - Retail On behalf of our client in the Retail Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Project Manager - Continuous Improvement - Retail.

    Project Manager - Continuous Improvement - Retail - Job Description
    The Project Manager will be responsible for managing various projects at the same time and starting different pilots
    Coordinate execution, set up indicators, and issue recommendations
    This role requires a person with drive, the ability to mobilize teams, and leadership skills
    The ideal candidate will be alert to observations and opportunities and have some knowledge of change management
    Project Manager - Continuous Improvement - Retail - Mandatory Skills
    3-5 years for experience in project management in retail industry, including continuous improvement projects
    Solid understanding of supply chain management
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Strong coordination and execution skills
    Ability to implement indicators and issue recommendations
    Driven and motivational with strong leadership skills
    Alert to observations and opportunities
    Knowledge of change management
    Project Manager - Continuous Improvement - Retail - Preferred Skills
    Retail experience is a significant is preferred
    Bilingual English/French an asset
    Strong problem-solving skills
    Excellent teamwork and communication skills
