    beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Attorney to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in insurance claims matters.


    Responsibilities:

    • Advise clients on insurance claims matters
    • Represent clients in court proceedings
    • Draft and review legal documents
    • Negotiate settlements
    • Research and analyze legal issues
    • Prepare legal briefs

    Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor degree
    • Admitted to practice law in the province of British Columbia
    • At least 5 years of experience in insurance claims
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
