The Role:
Receptionist (Full-time)


The Renfrew Club Receptionist serves as the initial and primary contact point for staff, clients, vendors, and external parties accessing both Trellis services and offices.


This role has two overarching purposes:

first, functioning as the "first impression" of Trellis, acting as a dynamic receptionist, knowing staff and vendors' names and providing information and directions for accessing support and services; second, as the foundational administrative and operational support for the entire, broad based Trellis team working from the Renfrew Club by utilizing exceptional organization and communication skills to ensure staff have what they need to run remarkable service delivery.


What You'll Bring to The Role:

  • Two (2) years office and/or childcare site management experience
  • Expert level in written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs
  • Must be available to work 9:30AM 5:30PM Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule
  • Proven organizational, time management and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly resourceful teamplayer with the ability to be effective independently with mínimal supervision
  • Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions to increase efficiencies and process to make tasks and work more efficient
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problemsolving
  • Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Office Management_
  • Primary greeter for our Renfrew location
  • Answers Renfrew main phone line and provides information of Trellis services as well as other agency information
  • Supporting Renfrew meeting rooms for video conferencing, casting to TVs, etc.
  • Coordinate Renfrew office needs for office amenities including kitchen and WC supplies, waste removal, copier repairs and maintenance, wifi support, janitorial needs, shredding, etc.
  • Provides a range of administrative and organizational support including; mail distribution, invoice forwarding, meeting room administration and courier/deliveries oversight and replenishes stationary supplies,
  • Supports with Ready, Set, Go and Clubs registration, receives payments and provides tax receipts
  • Works closely with Ready, Set Go and Clubs leadership on developing payment plans and retrieval as needed
  • Work in collaboration with the Hubs on licensing, documentation, and inspections
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Facilities Support_
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of all common area office spaces including staff lunchrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, vacant workstations, hoteling workstations and stationery supply rooms
  • Maintains and supports the Lenel security system as the primary system administrator, distributing and updating fob and access card assignments as needed
  • Conducts monthly audits of Lenel database, ensuring new hires and
