    Your new company


    You will be working for an established privately owned property management company who own and operate a large commercial portfolio across the Okanagan.

    They are now looking for an experienced Commercial Senior Property Manager to join the team.

    Your new role


    You will work alongside an established team and be responsible for managing a portfolio comprising of retail, office and light industrial.

    You will lead and be supported by Assistant Property Managers, and work in tandem with the Operations, Leasing and Administration teams.

    Service delivery and tenant satisfaction will be high on your agenda.


    This role would suit someone who enjoys all aspects of Property Management, including budgeting, compliance, capital projects, maintenance, financial reporting etc.

    What you'll need to succeed


    To be considered for this role you must have previous experience as a Senior Property Manager overseeing a Commercial Portfolio.

    Knowledge of leasing, managing capital projects and great tenant relations skills are essential.

    What you'll get in return


    You will receive a starting salary up to $120,000, + employer paid benefits, 3 weeks vacation, RSP matching, Car Allowance and a host of other perks.
