Description

As a Recruiter, you will be on a constant star search to find talented content creators and assist them on their journey towards success.

The role is designed to attract and sign-up new members to our Model Program.

You will be responsible for assisting with account setup and optimization while building long-lasting relationships based on satisfaction, trust and loyalty.

What you'll be doing:

Research new leads, opportunities and find new talents to recruit
Understand the market and the industry to find best opportunities
Negotiate contracts, create plans for business development, create reports for talents to help enhance their portfolio and revenue streams
Clear out all DMs on social media platforms for recruit and supportrelated queries
Be the positive spokesperson for the brand in attracting talent at events and conferences (both inperson and virtual); be comfortable speaking in public with varying group sizes
Perform other departmental duties as assigned

What you'll need to successful:

Must haves:

Internet savvy; organized and comfortable in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and writing skills
Technical skills / experience working with CMS software
Some basic/financial analytic skills
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter)
Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and ability to handle multiple, competing priorities
Ability to work autonomously and be selfmotivated to achieve targets
Proactive and resourceful; ability to multitask under tight deadlines

Nice to have:

Customer Service/Support experience with some negotiation and or sales involved
A postsecondary education in marketing, public relations, communications, or business administration
Comfort with repetitive tasks
Bilingualism
