We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President Meridian OneCap Credit Corporation and the senior leadership team.

This position provides professional executive support as a proactive genuine partner to the President MOCC and leadership team.

As a proactive genuine partner to the President OneCap, you will ensure the set up and maintenance of systems and process that focus and track alignment of the President and his executive team on core deliverables aligned to MOCC s business objectives.

This role serves as the eyes and ears for the President, connecting organizations, projects, and critical business information to the President, ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effective and serves as a trusted partner to deliver against the MOCC priorities.


As the Executive Assistant you will accomplish this through building strong relationships, taking the initiative to lead change and projects bringing an energetic, let's make it happen style.

Guided by the mission and vision of MOCC, you will leverage your advanced administrative and project coordination skills, high intellect, diplomacy, and organizational skills to shape your success in this role to promote Meridian OneCap and demonstrate alignment with the goals of the organization.


This role will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare, and organize important operational reports and strategic materials and plans, and support the preparation of board materials.

Responsibilities typically include preparing and coordinating presentation, leading projects, and initiatives / work processes, working independently with limited supervision; partnering across MCU executive team, executive assistants, communications, and human resource partners to coordinate and execute various meeting and initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • As a proactive genuine partner to the President OneCap, you will ensure the set up and maintenance of systems and process that focus and track alignment of the President and his executive team on core deliverables aligned to business objectives.
  • Record minutes at various meetings and record and distribute action items and timelines to ensure required follow up on actin items are delivered as required and appropriate filing and archiving of minutes accordingly.
  • Review upcoming deadlines and work requirements with the team; coordinate the logistics and flow of work to specific team members (i.e., documents for review/signature)
  • Take leadership of initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness of MOCC operations based on a comprehensive understanding of OneCap business operations and strategic focus areas, voice of experience employee drivers and key success indicators.
  • Ensure the administrative requirements of the President MOCC associated with board, leadership, and external meetings are efficiently executed in a hybrid environment, Inclusive of:
  • Prioritize daily, weekly, monthly schedule and agenda of activities in conjunction with the executive and provide gatekeeper role for direct access to Executive.
  • Exemplify service excellence in preparing materials, binders, briefs, executive summaries, agendas and identify and resolve conflicts in schedule/commitments.
  • Coordinate materials and attendance for executive meetings, conferences and other corporate activities such as employee functions; offsite events and/or public events.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • A minimum of 5 7 years' experience as a professional executive assistant or senior administrative assistant, having supported senior level executives, in a medium/large corporate environment or similar related experience.
  • Completion of relevant postsecondary education.
  • Experience in project coordination, reporting and tracking of progress against milestones to ensure the alignment and success of execution against core deliverables and initiatives.
  • Possess the ability to think strategically and to take initiative to maintain the executive's office at a superior level of efficiency and competency. Demonstrated ability to quickly prioritize and resolve critical issues as they arise.
  • Demonstrates leadership, discipline, and professionalism with internal and external clients, role model in service excellence. Ability to be part of a team that is equally committed to offering high standards of service.
