We believe that our greatest opportunity is to create opportunity and meet people where they are__._**The National Account Program Manager is responsible for assisting the group with achieving its established targets. The incumbent is responsible for the relationship management, administration, and coordination of multiple direct National Account programs, which involves growing, maintaining National Account program information, coordinating the distribution of all sales/marketing material, managing the Vendor/Manufacturer rebate process, and coordinating the flow of information and documents between the Sales, Credit and Audit departments, as well as liaising directly with external Vendors/Manufacturers.


Your role as a National Program Development Manager
you will:

1. Business Development, Program Creation & Modification

  • Assists NA VP and Director(s) with development of new programs that contain floorplan and retail components
  • Presents to credit program modifications and work with credit throughout the adjudication process to gather required information
  • Assists Floorplan Relationship Managers as required
  • Assists VP and Director National Accounts with pitches to prospective partners
  • Works with program partner to determine needs and appropriate financing solution
  • Writes up new program opportunities using program submission template
  • Engages all stakeholders and gain concurrence on new program parameters
  • Work with onboarding to present new programs
  • Manages program rollout with onboarding team
  • Manages programs that have a floorplan component
  • Creates and manage all marketing material
  • Establishes SOPs and processes for program and roll out to BDMs
  • Provides leasing training to Dealers
  • Reviews reporting to help management identify new business and opportunities to grow SOW with existing accounts
  • Represents MOCC at appropriate industry and community functions when required
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and promotions
  • Prepares an annual business plan outlining objectives and strategies on how new business will be secured
  • Actively manages and effectively followsup proposals

2. Program Management

  • Explains to the Manufacturers, Vendors & Account Manager's the process required to transact business
  • Renews programs and make pricing recommendations to management
  • Manages the development of all program support materials for new program launch including program memo, rate cards, calculators, and marketing material for both retail and floorplan programs
  • Provides all materials to the field and manage issues related to the program
  • Provides ongoing communication to the field regarding program modifications along with any amended support material required
  • Reviews and updates processes as required
  • Manages all programs with Floorplan component
  • Maintains regular contact with assigned manufacturers
  • Assists floorplan team in growing floorplan accounts and increasing SOW on retail business

3. National Account Administration

  • Manages and trains National Account Coordinator
  • Manages rebate process including the completion of invoicing & reconciliation
  • Manages all past due rebates and work with Program Managers and program partners to ensure delinquent accounts are made current
  • Manages Subsidy process, responsible for ensuring training is provided to BDMs
  • Maintains summary sheets for each National Account
  • Maintains a central database on all National Accounts and prospects
  • Manages monthly reports pertaining to programs and overall group performance based on assigned metrics and provides insight to management team.
  • Provides regular reporting to program partners
  • Assists in monthly / quarterly reports to regional leaders highlighting sales success, best practices, funding, pipeline, general update for retail and floorplan.
  • Manage and track SLA of Subsidy and floorplan worksheet approvals
  • Provide administrative assistance to floorplan BDMs

How You Will Succeed:


  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) year of experience in financial services.
  • Knowledge of leasing industry considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluency in French would be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in TValue, CRM (Dynamics), Edge would be considered an asset
  • Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities throughout the day.
  • Aptitude for mathematics including financial calculations.

Office Location:
Toronto Corporate Office. This is a hybrid opportunity


  • Meridian OneCap has a remote work policy that allows flexibility for employees to work remotely but also requires regular time in the office for purposeful meetings to collaborate, innovate and build effective relation
