    The Digital Marketing Specialist is a pivotal role that provides support to our leadership with the drive and creativity to lead digital marketing projects.

    This position is key to streamlining operations, propelling our digital strategy, and ensuring our client success stories continue to grow.

    This is a full-time position (40 hours a week), indeterminate.


    Digital Marketing Leadership:

    Spearhead efforts to refine and expand our digital marketing services, particularly PPC and SEO, staying ahead of industry shifts and aligning with client needs.


    Client Liaison:
    Act as a communication bridge between our executives and clients, ensuring transparency and nurturing lasting partnerships.
    Perform market research and analysis to uncover new digital marketing opportunities and trends, aiming to enrich our offerings.
    Introduce and manage digital tools and processes that optimize our workflows, elevate service delivery, and boost client satisfaction.

    Collaborative Strategy:
    Partner with the marketing and sales departments to ensure digital initiatives complement overall business objectives.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce or related field.

    At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency setting, with a solid foundation in PPC, SEO, or related disciplines.

    Demonstrated competency in project leadership.
    Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and platforms.
    Fluency in English, which is the main working language of the position
    Google Marketing Platform, Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets), PPC Automation tools (Adalysis, Opteo), and Google AdWords Editor.
    Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or equivalent.
    Experience leading digital transformation projects in a marketing framework.
