- Balance financial accounts and maintain paper and electronic financial records for the company.
- Reconcile company financial accounts and prepare financial statements.
- Prepare payroll for staff and issue pay cheques.
- Manage payment of utility, phone, and internet bills and other payments.
- Assist in the preparation of tax forms and documents for submission.
- Other accounting duties as required by the General Manager.
- At least one year of previous experience as accounting clerk or related required.
- Completion of a post-secondary program related to accounting required.
