Notre client dans l'industrie alimentaire est à la recherche d'un technicien ressources humaines. Description de la fonction :

Sous l'autorité du Gestionnaire ressources humaines, le technicien ressources humaines exécute le travail quotidien en R.H.

Liste des tâches :

•Effectuer le travail quotidien des RH en collaboration avec ses collègues;

•Participer au processus complet de recrutement pour les postes horaires et salariés, entre autres, procéder à l'affichage des postes, l'analyse des candidatures, effectuer la présélection téléphonique, les entrevues en personne et les prises de références;

•Coordonner et participer à l'accueil des nouveaux employés, notamment par la formation d'intégration et s'assurer de remplir les documents d'embauche;

•Agir à titre de premier contact pour toutes questions des employés relativement aux ressources humaines ou référer à la personne concernée;

•Effectuer des enquêtes en matière d'accidents et de relations de travail;

•Apporter un soutien en matière de gestion des ressources humaines auprès des gestionnaires, répondre à leurs questions, fournir des documents et des rapports;

•Effectuer un suivi administratif de l'absentéisme;

•Soutenir l'équipe RH dans le volet administratif de la formation, CNESST, relations du travail, invalidités et toutes autres matières en GRH;

•Procéder à l'entrée de diverses données dans les logiciels de GRH;

•Maintenir à jour les dossiers des employés;

•Élaborer, administrer et mettre à jour les outils de GRH;

•Planifier, organiser et exécuter des activités reliées à la GRH;

•S'assurer que ses actions dans sa fonction soutiennent la fabrication des produits avec les critères de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire définis par l'entreprise.

•S'assurer du respect des exigences du code de sécurité alimentaire SQF et signaler tout problème de salubrité alimentaire au personnel autorisé à intervenir;

•Autre taches connexes.

Job Requirements:

Formation-Habiletés et expérience requise :

•Permis de conduire valide + accès à un véhicule pour des déplacements entre les 2 usines selon les besoins;

•Diplôme d'études universitaires en gestion des ressources humaines ou en relations industrielles;

•Minimum d'un an d'expérience dans un poste similaire;

•Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels de gestion du temps et de la paie;

•Français impeccable (parlé et écrit) / anglais fonctionnel et l'espagnol (atout);

•Connaissance des lois du travail du Québec et du code d'éthique.
