    Disability Management & Reintegration Specialist
    Permanent Full Time

    Reporting to the Program Manager, Disability Management & Reintegration, the Disability Management & Reintegration Specialist will be part of a dynamic group of professionals working to enhance the health and wellness of employees as part of the Employee Well-being team.

    Success in this role contributes to support and services that enhance employee engagement, add to the employee value proposition, reduce direct and indirect costs associated with illness and injury, and positively impact talent retention for the business.

    Employee and line of business support pre and post-disability leave and/or when medical conditions or disabilities are impacting an employee in the workplace
    Assist with the identification and implementation of workplace individual accommodation plans for employees with disabilities
    Identify fitness to work implications when absence is related to health or disability, including concerns regarding the potential transmission of infectious diseases in the workplace
    Professional designation in a relevant regulated healthcare field (Occupational Therapy, Kinesiology, Occupational Health Nursing, Social Work, etc.)
    5+ years experience (corporate environment preferred) with demonstrated expertise in disability management, early and safe return to work programs, attendance management, and workplace accommodation and accessibility support
    Registration in good standing with the relevant regulatory body
    Working proficiency in French would be considered an asset
    Proficiency in employee relations, coaching, emotional intelligence and conflict resolution
    Strong computer and documentation skills
    Certification in Office Ergonomics preferred
