- Lead software testing efforts for new modules and enhancements to 360's industry leading SaaS-based incentive management platform
- Create high level testing strategy and detailed test plans in order to ensure that the product meets user requirements and is free fromdefects
- Develop and execute functional and regression tests as a part of agile release cycle; contribute to product documentation, including test plans, training and supportmaterial
- Actively participate in building a high-performing development team, including building test automation, documentation, and identifying opportunities for continues development processimprovement
- Work with Product Management and Development teams to understand requirements, estimate testing efforts, and deliver on productionroadmap
- Keen eye for detail with a focus on quality
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases and automated test scripts.
- Ability to understand requirements based on acceptance criteria.
- A passion to continually innovate and improve.
- Exploratory software testing experience
- Experience delivering consumer facing enterprise SaaSapplications
- Strong organizational,writtenand verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong desire to "break software"
- Aptitude for learning, professional development and enjoys being part of ateam
- Software development background an asset
- Experience in a fast-moving, startup environment is anasset
- Relational database and SQL query development and testing experience
- Previous experience of working with APIs using Postman
- Experience of bug/issue tracking such as Jira.
- Experience with test automation design and execution using automation frameworks such as Playwright,
- Experience with shifting left while testing in sprints.
