Description

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound communications with customers, clients and technicians; by voice, video and other electronic means.
  • Data entry and manipulation
  • Support for customers and service desk
  • Dispatching service requests to Technicians
  • Updating service requests & contacts on every touch point for accuracy and validity
  • Communicate with internal teams and external clients to understand their IT service needs
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing user inquiries and resolving ITrelated problems
  • Utilize ticketing system to track and document service requests
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operation of office technology

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer serviceoriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
$36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
