Responsibilities:
- Place follow up calls with customers when clarification of orders or details are needed.
- Process quotations using our systems and procedures.
- Place any follow up correspondence with customers and vendors as required.
- Effectively articulate product information, features benefits and suggestions.
- Ensure all orders are processed within customer's timelines.
- Accurately enter all customer purchasing and billing information into our order system.
- Effectively communicate with vendors and BG associates regarding order status and resolution of any concerns or problems.
- Build relationships through creative and friendly followup to ensure our clients' needs are being met beyond expectations
- Ensure all art work and required information is received and processed within all timelines (for promotional products)
- Answer incoming inquiries in a timely manner according to department standards.
- Responsible for meeting and maintaining performance objectives and goals.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
- Staying current on promotional product trends, events, competitors, and vendors across Canada.
- Manage client contacts and interactions using a CRM system.
- Assist in other areas as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook (23 years)
- Experience with Infusionsoft CRM or equivalent an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision making skills
- Ability to manage a pipeline of 20+ opportunities at any given time.
- Experience with account management, relationship management and business development experience (23 years)
- Keen eye for detail and ability to stay organized while dealing with competing priorities and tight turnarounds.
- Easy to adapt and be flexible to the needs of clients and the sector, while establishing an opportunity.
- Proven success in reestablishing dormant accounts.
- Purpose driven individual who understands the power of our program and the opportunity at hand; the more successful you are in the role, the more positive impact you'll create.
- Ability to be professional and flexible; able to work with small to large organizations, Non-Profits, Charities and Donors.
- Takes initiative to achieve goals with the desire to exceed expectations and meet new challenges.
- Proven success working in an entrepreneurial team environment.
- Charitable fundraising experience is not necessary but would be a bonus

$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- North York, ON M6B 3Y1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
