JA Tech is a provider of service for all equipment and components of an overhead crane and hoist system.

We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Crane Technical Representative for our OverheadCrane & Hoist division who is looking for a long-term position.

Compensation Package

Wage is dependent on experience
Enrolment in the following after 90 days:

Troubleshooting to determine faults/malfunctions
Repair/replace various parts/components
Testing of electric circuits/motors/components
Wiring of electrical circuits/devices
Perform required maintenance/adjustments
Complete required paperwork including timesheets or safety
Conduct work in a manner prescribed by JA Tech's Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental

Manual

Skills & Qualifications

3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice or Journeyperson with no crane experience
Willingness to follow directions & learn from others with the goal of furthering skills & knowledge
Detail orientated with strong interpersonal, communication & problemsolving skills
Strong mechanical skills & attention to detail
Ability to use various hand tools & work at heights
Positive, selfmotivated team player
Flexibility to adjust to breakdown calls/afterhours work/outoftown projects
Valid Driver's Licence/clean abstract
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
