    Donalda Golf & Country Club, founded in 1960, is a prestigious year-round private club that offers a high standard of social, athletic and dining facilities to our members and their families.

    Our caring and attentive staff members are focused on providing authentic hospitality and meaningful experiences to each and every member and guest.

    We are seeking a dedicated, member service-oriented professionals to join our Camps team as Full-time Junior Loung e Attendant from JUNE TO AUGUST 2024 (Weather dependent).


    Hourly rate :
    $ 16.Seasonal Bonus (Upon contract completion)
    Wellness Spending Account (Upon contract completion)

    Under the supervision and direction of the Children's Program Manager, the Junior Lounge attendant will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day programming for the Junior Lounge following the monthly calendar as well as assist in the implementation of any events related to children & family programing at the club; including but not limited to PA Day Camps, Seasonal Fa mily Events and any other Junior lounge duties and responsibilities.

    Deliver Quality Programming for children aged 1-13

    Provide a welcoming and friendly environment and experience to parents ( and/ or caretakers) and children in the Junior Lounge.

    Provide excellent supervision and care of children in the Junior Lounge and ensure children get to their parents should they leave the junior lounge.

    Must be available to attend the on- the - job (paid) training in Mid-late June
    Be aware of Emergency Policy and Procedures as well as the Safe Exit plan and meeting locations.
    Ensure the children are engaging in the activities and assist them when needed.
    Assist with opening, closing, pick up and drop off procedures (during summer months)
    Assist with movie nights and other Junior Lounge activities/ hours as needed (evenings/weekends)
    Assist in all additional duties as assigned by the Camp Director
    Previous experience working with children is an asset
    Must have a valid training/certification in High Five, First Aid & CPR - level C (Child and Infant)
    Sports background is an asset (golf, tennis, swimming)
    Ability to work varied shifts, including, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
    Comfortable speaking in front of a group is an asset.
    Ability to get children energized and excited about being left in the room.
    Must be able to think on the spot (to engage with the children)
