$46.46 per hour - $58.07 per hour

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Duration: 12 months

Qualifications:

Completion of a three (3) year diploma in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred
Successful completion of professional certifications such as ISACA, (CISM), (ISC)
CISSP or (ISC)2 HCISPP, ISACA, ISO27001 Preferred
Five (5) years of experience in technology including software development lifecycle and systems support
Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospital environment with health care data and insight into legislation and mandated activities
Experience with vulnerability and patch management processes, procedures and technologies
Experience with integrating Microsoft technology with security related technologies such as SIEM and vulnerability management
Excellent technical and programming skills; preferably experience with one or more of PHP, JAVA, SQL, as well as relational databases, e.g. Oracle, MySQL
Experience with change management principles and the ability to engage and involve stakeholders
Experience with capacity planning, risk mitigation strategies and information security principles
Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple and competing priorities
Excellent verbal, written and listening skills, including technical documentation experience
Commitment to superior customer service
Advanced experience with industrystandard operating procedures
Experience with clinical processes, noemnclature and the hospital environment an asset
Strong skills in process centrric thinking and workgroup facilitation skills
Works well under pressure
Ability to provide after hours and oncall coverage
Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to manage change
Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to the principles of patient and family centred care
Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

Immunization Requirements:

Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step) and COVID vaccine series.
