    Sous la responsabilité du Chef de la direction commerciale, le candidat retenu aura le souci du détail et sera chargé de rassembler, collationner, mettre à jour et maintenir les dossiers de facturation et de bons de commande, en veillant à l'exactitude et à la conformité avec les pratiques d'information financière. Il sera également responsable du rapprochement des factures, de la résolution des écarts et du suivi des performances financières hebdomadaires. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une bonne compréhension des principes financiers, d'excellentes compétences numériques et la capacité de traiter avec discrétion des informations sensibles sur les clients et les fournisseurs.
    Diplôme d'études post-secondaires en commerce, en comptabilité et/ou en tenue de livres.
    Excellentes compétences numériques
    Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, avec de solides compétences en gestion de données MS Excel
    4 jours au bureau de Montréal et les vendredis à distance (si préféré)

    We are passionate about building our franchisee partnerships and providing guests with a memorable dining experience. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented and responsible for gathering, collating, updating, and maintaining invoicing and purchase order records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting practices. They will also be responsible for reconciling invoices, resolving discrepancies, and tracking weekly financial performance. Post secondary degree/diploma in Business, Accounting and/or Bookkeeping
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong MS Excel data management competency
    4 days in Montreal office with Fridays working remotely (if preferred)
