KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to PagerDuty order acceptance policies.
  • Process orders and ensure clean bookings in compliance with company policy.
  • Manage all order entry activities for global operations, including customer order management and system input, order inquiries and followup, and customer contact/reporting.
  • Manage daily visibility of order activity through the Zuora system; Resolve Order Management SFDC case tickets, track and drive approvals, and assist with reconciliation of transactions.
  • Establish strong relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Collections, Revenue Accounting, and other internal resources as appropriate.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in order management with at least 1 year working in a SaaS company.
  • Must have Salesforce, ERP (Preferably, Zuora billing system), and MS Excel experience.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, attention to detail, follow through, and excellent communication skills.
  • Selfstarter and selfmotivated.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and resultsorientation.
  • Ability to operate in a fastpaced environment with moderate supervision.
The base salary range for this position is 52, ,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
