- Oversee projects, lead the team through every stage of development, ensure projects are well defined, on track, and consistently meet customer needs.
- Implement thorough testing processes to maintain high standards and achieve excellence in product delivery.
- Proactively improve processes by identifying opportunities to enhance team efficiency through implementation of better processes, methodologies, and tools; Simultaneously prioritize, manage, and strategically modify project tasks.

- Engineering College Diploma or University Degree
- 5+ years of proven experience in an engineering design role, showcasing proficiency and leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Expertise in software development (C/C++ programming, embedded hardware design, experience with detailed PCB layouts, and FreeRTOS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, coupled with robust critical thinking, technical excellence, and a high level of accountability
- Data-driven decision-making and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Project management experience is considered an asset.
