    Are you energetic, organized, and have a passion for working in a school based environment? Do you love special projects, tight timelines, and enjoy a high degree of autonomy? e4c is hiring a receptionist to join our Early Learning Program. This role provides support to the Managers as well as full reception coverage.

    This opportunity is for a receptionist to utilize their educational expertise and experience to assist diverse families and children in reaching their full potential

    What you bring to the team
  • You possess post-secondary education in office administration.
  • You bring 3+ years of receptionist experience, prior experience in a school setting is an asset.
  • You can successfully manage a multi-line switchboard and telephone system.
  • You understand the value of an efficient and organized office. You get the job done
  • You are engaging, friendly, and welcoming.
  • You are a pro at navigating Microsoft 365 and can successfully create documents, run reports and manage databases.

  • You are the first impression for families and children coming to e4c Early Learning Program you excel at making people feel welcome.
  • Be the go-to Provide support to the Early Learning management team helping to ensure the success of the program.
  • You know what it takes to make an office run smooth from filing, ordering supplies, managing the switchboard, and keeping the photocopier running.
  • Be the primary contact for coordinating transportation, classroom supplies & facility meeting rooms.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that believes in helping families & children reach their full potential.
