    Our client is a firm in the field of damage insurance brokerage, both for individuals and businesses.

    In full expansion, it needs a leader like you to join a stimulating team in a magnificent office full of activities located in Laval.

    What we offer
    Permanent employment
    A competitive base salary of $80,000 per year
    Bonus every 6 months depending on your team's results
    A work-life balance
    Full-time schedule Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
    Parking on site or accessible by public transport
    Social benefits paid at 25% by the employer (Life insurance, medications, dental), after 3 months
    4 weeks of vacation the first year

    Face-to-face work model with the possibility of hybrid teleworking after a few months

    What you bring
    Management of a team of 10 personal damage insurance brokers
    Being in charge of training brokers from A to Z
    Be present to answer brokers' questions related to insurer portals and data entry
    Train brokers to properly use the various insurer portals such as Intact, l'Unique, Promutuel, Economical and Aviva
    Manage brokers' attachments to the firm and the AMF
    Verify that brokers have their correct number of CEUs and ensure the proper renewal of their license
    Respond to customer complaints and issues
    Provide an internship for new brokers
    Provide support, according to the contingency plan, when taking customer calls
    Assist the director in various tasks (monitoring, communications, etc.);

    Who are you ?
    You have an AMF certificate (required)
    You have at least 3 years of work experience in damage insurance
    Excellent knowledge of at least 4 portals out of these 5 insurers (Intact, l'Unique, Promutuel, Economical and Aviva)

    Bilingual:
    Arabic, French, English or Spanish
