Then come and join our globalteam as an Account Manager to work within assigned territory (Ontario Central/East) as the salesrepresentative to achieve Core Laboratory Solution (CLS) and SpecialtyLaboratory Solution (SLS) sales and profit commitments.

    As a Account Manager you will beresponsible for:

  • Achieving business objectives forassigned territory (for example, penetration of account withproduct/solution/service offerings)
  • Guiding the development and executionof strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals andbudgets
  • Developing, building, and cultivatinglong-term relationships within the customer organization and within Siemensfield sales teams.
  • Interacting& selling to all levels of customers in the specified target account(Purchasing, Laboratory Management, Laboratory Technologists, RespiratoryTherapists, Perfusionists, POC Coordinators, etc.)
  • Negotiating and managing Diagnosticssupplies and service contract renewals
  • Collecting and sharing competitiveinformation with the business unit for the purpose of improving marketstrategies
  • Identifyingand developing business opportunities for healthcare solutions as part of across functional team
  • Ensuringaccurate recording and maintenance of customer database and contractinformation through maintenance of CRM system
  • Collaboratingwith the entire Siemens Healthineers team including Technical Applications,Field Service, Business Management, Project Management, Healthcare Solutions,Finance and Legal

    • Required skills tohave for the success of this role:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with a Health Sciencesspecialization or Medical Laboratory Sciences or other related disciplinedegree
  • 5 years of successful technical sales experience inDiagnostics or related Medical Device/Healthcare field
  • Ability to grow market share in a highly competitivemarket
  • Self-motivated, as well as customer and results oriented
  • Excellent negotiation and risk management capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and influencingskills
  • Knowledge of hospitals and testing procedures
  • High level of presentation skills including the abilityto present technical topics
