Oversee the corporate accounting and close, consolidate and report functions such that they produce quality, accurate and complete financial results.
Month end reporting of summary financial results to senior leadership.Review of external financial statements and financial analysis on a quarterly basis within required timelines.
Review of reconciliations and journal entries, where applicable, to ensure validity, accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
Review of annual tax packages for corporate entities.
Ensure that the team is consistently performing all relevant internal controls, as well as quarterly reviews and updates of respective internal control documentation.
Provide leadership on various ad hoc finance projects and initiatives.Strong leadership and relationship building skills in mentoring direct reports and working alongside cross functional teams
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet multiple deadlines
Financial Accounting designation (CPA)
~5+ years accounting experience
