This role provides the opportunity to:

The Role:


Great River is seeking a 360 Account Manager/Recruiter with a proven track record in IT recruitment with an interest in moving into sales to join our team.

The existing team, compensation structure and roster of clients provide a great opportunity for any Account Manager or Recruiter that is looking for a fast-growing organization.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full sales cycle in an effort to attract new longterm clients.
  • Generate revenue by successfully engaging and building long term relationships with local clients.
  • Establish excellent peer relationships with internal stakeholders to solve problems, gain cooperation and build trust and support within the team environment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor with the local community and provide advice on market conditions, market rates, and the benefits of our services.
  • Identify and adapt to changing market conditions, skills and clients based on current or changing conditions and learn how to react quickly to the change.
  • Prioritize the key tasks and responsibilities of the role and be able to quickly zero in on the critical tasks while still accomplishing the goals within the role.
  • Open to continuous learning and seeking feedback and advice when faced with new or challenging situations.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Prior experience in the recruitment industry and experience in using cuttingedge recruitment methods and tools in order to remain at the forefront and deliver the best possible experience to Great River clients and consultants is nice to have.
  • A strong desire to learn the sales side of the business and move into a hybrid Recruitment and Sales role.
  • Ability to develop and foster solid business relationships.
  • Proven experience working within a team and creating positive work environment and communication.
  • A positive attitude and strong commitment to providing our clients and consultants' with excellent service.
  • University Degree or relevant experience
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Freelance


Salary:
$33,500.00-$63,127.55 per year
