Area Sales Manager
This dynamic role will provide excellent customer service and be a valuable contributor to sales results. You will play an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships to support business development opportunities.


What will you do?

  • Manage all sales and customer relations within the assigned residential housing subdivision or project.
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate new leads.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through setting, meeting, and exceeding expectations.
  • Responsible for documenting and reporting traffic counts, prospects and follow up, as outlined by the Sales Manager.
  • Manage customer sales process up to completion of possession.
  • Write up purchase agreements as outlined by the Sales Manager.
  • Take an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships to support business development opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key external partners such as Realtors, Mortgage Professionals and Relocation Experts.
  • Maintain work schedule as outlined by the Sales Manager.
  • Update, maintain, and mine the customer database through our CRM tool.
  • Detailed knowledge of key competitors both within the communities we operate and their surrounding areas.
  • Attendance at all sales meetings, company events, dinners and corporate retreat.
  • Provide the Sales Consultant with uptodate product information and price list.
  • Maintenance of show home, sales center or sales trailer.

What do we look for?

  • A minimum of three years of experience in new home sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and Relationship Management
  • Postsecondary education in Business, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field is considered an asset but not required.
  • Collaborative and team focused.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Alberta real estate market.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting that is geared towards continued growth.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
