FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Provide quality customer service in both inbound and outbound call centre
  • Actively participating in sales programs to maintain and increase circulation
  • Continually promote our monthly prepayment plans
  • Follow up calls to new starts and restarts to ensure quality service
  • Contacting existing customer base to renew their subscriptions
  • In the case of potential cancellations, identifying the customers' needs to improve service & attempting to retain them as a subscriber
  • Complete accurate customer account transactions during calls
  • Clerical support functions or other duties for Circulation Department as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Ability to provide professional and courteous customers service in a fastpaced environment
  • A commitment to quality service and follow through
  • Experience in telephone service or sales
  • Previous computer and keyboarding experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Ability to perform required duties with minimum supervision
  • Ability to perform productively in a team environment
  • Possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Salary:
From $13.90 per hour
