- Analyze receivables, collections, and cash receipts data, identifying issues, and ensuring resolution.
- Engage in customer communications for collections and discrepancies, collaborating with sales teams and AR colleagues.
- Communicate discrepancies to the management team, identify slow-paying customers, and propose collection candidates.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate solutions across all management levels.
- Utilize your expertise in foreign currencies and multiple subsidiaries.
- Support Order Management Team and assist with AR Customers and Order Fulfillment.
- Perform revenue uploads and reconciliations from various platforms.
- Take on ad-hoc projects assigned by Management and support internal/external audits.
- Own small-to-medium projects impacting different business areas and provide recommendations.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, analysis, and teamwork skills.
- Collections experience for a global organization with knowledge of international AR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Adobe; experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus.
