Assistant Manager

  • Managing team of employees with daily duty schedule planning including reservations load and expected daily workflow
  • Constant control over the staff members, conducting staff performance reviews, trainings
  • Controlling smooth work of front office operation
  • Be efficient problemsolver, be top level of client's communication and problemsolving
  • To control each department workprocesses and smooth operation (work with each department team leaders)
  • Handling complaints and troubleshoot work efficiency all within allocated time frames
  • Control over the vehicle's cleanliness and sanitizing
  • Control over timely clients' pickups and drop offs
  • Control over the office consumables and stock supply (in liaison with maintenance and office supervisor)
  • To ensure timely vehicles services (in liaison with maintenance supervisor)
  • To coordinate administration tasks timely processing
  • Other work on building and running successful and efficient team

What We Require:


  • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing personell
  • Must be a dynamic individual with the ability and skills to meet, greet and serve customers, and to achieve the goals as established by the Manager
  • Has a full G license and police clearance a clean abstract
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English to interact with customers and employees as well as write and read contracts, reports, and instructions

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
