    Are you an experienced and motivated Senior Treatment Coordinator looking for a change?

    Our office is expanding and looking for a full time Senior Treatment Coordinator

    We are excited to welcome a new member to Pier Dental Centre in North Vancouver, BC. We are looking for a Senior Treatment Coordinator with at least 2 years experience in dentistry and has knowledge of dental insurances and basic clinical knowledge.

    We are a dental practice with a progressive team of dentist and dental care staff that are highly regarded in their field. This opportunity is great for someone who is looking for a change and has a cheerful personality to compliment our office culture. You will be working in a well-respected private dental practice who's focus centers on comprehensive dental care and long-lasting relationships with our patients and families.

    • SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Tuesday to Friday and 2 Saturdays a month ( eventually all Saturdays)

    • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
  • 2 years of experience is required as dental receptionist
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
