Implementation - 75%:

Solution delivery for all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
Solution consultant during presales activities to ensure accurate scoping of future projects.
Use industry experience, business analysis and best practices within NetSuite to solve clients' most complex business problems.
Lead fullcycle Netsuite assessments, implementation projects, Ad Hoc support engagements, and larger initiatives by translating business requirements into Netsuite designs as requested by the client.
Work with your technical team members to build, develop, and test customized solutions.
Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers.
Conduct demos, train, and walkthrough different NetSuite Process Areas.
Prepare scope resulting from personalization sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements.
Provide ongoing post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.

Resource Management - 25%:

Manage optimal utilization of resources by working closely with the consultants, updating their availability, monitor timesheets, and keeping a close eye on the projects they work on.
Maintain and manage the skills matrix for all consultants, both technical and functional.
Identify gaps and conflicts that will arise in the consultants' schedule and find pro

- active solutions to address them.

Identify opportunities to optimize the use of consultants' time and perform various analyses, as needed.
Maintain a solid understanding of incoming project pipeline, plan and forecast in order to manage available resources and advise on future supply and demand.
Train and onboard new hires with top focus on providing a positive employee experience.
Align new hires to Suitesuccess Methodologies and ensure they have the support needed for a successful start and future to the firm.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar field
Over 10 years of experience as a Netsuite Consultant and have led multiple endtoend implementations.
Experience in project and resource management, forecasting of projects, and scheduling.
Strong experience in customizing, implementing, and configuring within the Netsuite ecosystem
Acted in a solution architect capacity across varying project sizes and complexity
Strong background in accounting/finance, consulting and advisory services
Comprehensive knowledge of Netsuite methodologies
