    Position:

    Flowserve is currently seeking a driven Precision Assembler to join our Assembly team. The ideal candidate must possess a wide range of skills related to assembly, switches, wiring, testing, and material handling. Responsibilities include assembling and testing actuators based on bill of materials, schematics, specifications, parts pick lists, and other relevant documentation. The role also involves troubleshooting positioners, actuators, and valves, as well as tasks like disassembly, reassembly, blasting, painting, and inspection.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure a safe, organized, and clean workspace
    • Perform various assembly tasks, following both repetitive and non-repetitive sequences, utilizing complex documentation
    • Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild actuators and assemblies
    • Document information such as output, quality, and encountered problems
    • Utilize hand and power tools, pneumatic wrenches, drills, grinders, and other equipment as necessary
    • Use precision measuring devices for assignments
    • Support in training other team members as required

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma/GED or relevant work experience
    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or related environments
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
    • Self-motivated and works effectively in a team setting
    • Willingness to work overtime when needed
