    Description

    Tâches et responsabilités principales

    Assurer la coordination et le soutien quotidiens de l'ensemble des responsabilités dans les domaines spécifiques énumérés ci-dessous :

    Effectuer des inspections à l'arrivée sur les expéditions/matériels reçus

    Réceptionner et stocker physiquement les matériaux

    Préparer l'emballage des expéditions sortantes

    Préparer un connaissement précis, une facture commerciale et d'autres documents nécessaires.

    Veiller à ce que les expéditions soient correctement documentées dans les délais impartis.

    Conformément aux procédures, effectuer des vérifications de conformité au commerce mondial pour toutes les expéditions (ITAR- GTC).

    Traiter les réceptions, les expéditions, les transferts, etc. dans SAP pour permettre une facturation et un inventaire précis.

    Communiquer avec les clients pour obtenir des instructions d'expédition.

    D'autres tâches sont nécessaires.

    Primary Duties & responsibilities

    Overall day to day coordination and support with the responsibilities in specific areas listed below:


    •Perform incoming inspection on shipments/materials received


    •Receive and physically store materials


    •Prepare packing for outgoing shipments


    •Prepare accurate bill of lading/commercial invoice and other documents require


    •Ensure proper documentation for shipments in a timely manner


    •In accordance with procedures, perform Global Trade Compliance verifications for all shipments (ITAR- GTC)


    •Transact receipts, shipments, transfers, etc. in SAP to enable accurate billing and inventory


    •Communicate with customers for shipping instruction


    •Other duties as required
