Administrative & HR tasks:
- Maintain integrity and privacy of highly confidential personal and medical information and ensure electronic and hard copy files are organized and saved appropriately.
- Maintain employee files to ensure all required documents are up to date including resumes, job descriptions, professional registrations, performance reviews, continuing education records, etc.
- Work with department heads and HR team to create job descriptions.
- Help to prepare documentation for onboarding.
- Hands on work with recruitment including posting and removing job ads, screening resumes, setting up appointments.
- Help HR with events and monthly celebrations.
- Superior attention to detail, and organized, methodical approach to completion of tasks.
- Liaise effectively with a wide and diverse range of employees at all levels.
- Accurate data entry, tracking and follow up on requests as required.
- General HR Administration
Qualifications:
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree/College diploma HR program
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Experience working with an HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Advanced written and verbal communication in English.
