Description

Administrative & HR tasks:


  • Maintain integrity and privacy of highly confidential personal and medical information and ensure electronic and hard copy files are organized and saved appropriately.
  • Maintain employee files to ensure all required documents are up to date including resumes, job descriptions, professional registrations, performance reviews, continuing education records, etc.
  • Work with department heads and HR team to create job descriptions.
  • Help to prepare documentation for onboarding.
  • Hands on work with recruitment including posting and removing job ads, screening resumes, setting up appointments.
  • Help HR with events and monthly celebrations.
  • Superior attention to detail, and organized, methodical approach to completion of tasks.
  • Liaise effectively with a wide and diverse range of employees at all levels.
  • Accurate data entry, tracking and follow up on requests as required.
  • General HR Administration

Qualifications:


  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree/College diploma HR program
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with an HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
  • Advanced written and verbal communication in English.
